Joe's first Birthday

Well yesterday was Joe's Birthday!!! It was a joyous occasion as Chris' family was excited just to see Joe let alone on his birthday. Joe started out his day by exploring his enviroment which included crawling into Ryan and Matthew's bedroom to wake them up to drinking a bottle of formula outside enjoying the company of Grandpa. We quickly proceeded over to Christopher's aunt and uncle's house to celebrate Joe's birthday with a soccer themed party. Here are some pictures:

Julie and I, could not stop thinking that we are so blessed to have such a wonderful family and a handsome son. Joe's birthday comes as a mixed blessing because we were so happy that Joe turned one but at the same time we cannot believe how quickly the time has gone. We continue to thank the Lord for this little blessing =)
