HUGE THANKYOU!!

This huge thank you goes out to several different people. First, we want to say "thank you" to Julie's parents. As some of you know Julie was very sick on Friday. Not only was she throwing up almost every hour, but she wasn't able to keep anything down, even liquids. Around 8:30 we had to take her to the ER because she couldn't move her hands out of the shape of a fist. When we got there they hooked her up to an IV, which she drained in 45 minutes. She had some tests done to rule out appendicitis. Basically what was wrong was severe dehydration, low potassium, and a high white blood cell count. We got to leave the hospital about 3 1/2 hours later with Julie's dad and mom. They had come down from Michigan to help take care of her. It was a good thing too, because Chris went to Purdue to take his GRE test. So this huge thank you goes out to Julie's dad for doing a landscaping makeover on our lawn, for buying us a lawn mower and hedge clippers, and for buying us some beautiful flowers. And this huge thank you goes out to Julie's mom for cleaning and disinfecting our house, washing and folding all of our laundry, and for doing all of our dishes. And thank you to both of you for taking the time to drive down to see how we were and for taking care of Julie and Joe on Saturday.

This huge thank you goes out to everybody who called us this weekend and asked how Julie was doing. It was very encouraging to Julie, and it helped her recover faster. It was surprising to us that even though we didn't send out an e-mail or post anything how many people knew what was happening. What a blessing to be in the family of God!!

So, we've got a lot of fun stuffed planned for tomorrow, now that we're all back to full strength. So hopefully, we'll be able to get lots of good pictures and post those for you. Have a good fourth of July everybody!!
