Catching Up

So we know that we haven't posted in a while and for that we are sorry. But to make up for it we've got a lot of post/pictures/videos coming your way. We'll do these in chronological order, just so it's easier for us on this end.

So first we have us getting ready for Christmas here on our end. Finishing up some Christmas shopping, hanging the lights on the house, and having some fun along the way.


Chris put up the Christmas lights. There was one day that we got 15 inches of snow here and there were actually icicles on our icicle lights. So beautiful.


This is on a carousel at the Glenn brook Square Mall in Fort Wayne. This is Joe's first time on a carousel. He half enjoyed, half was scared to death. Don't worry, we got video of it.


This was Chris a few seconds before he started getting motion sickness. Actually looks like he's enjoying himself. Doesn't he?

We were trying to finish up the last little bit of our Christmas shopping and Joe decided that he couldn't take it anymore. Then we both decided that we couldn't take anymore of carrying around 25 pounds of dead weight. So we put him in a Best Buy shopping cart while we perused the store.



And that my friends is the video of Joseph's first carousel ride. As you can see his mouth was saying "Wee", but his body was saying "Get me the heck off of this thing!" I think it we might have to wait a while to attempt that again seeing as how I (Julie) was the only one who didn't get sick and actually enjoyed the ride. (Thanks Ryan for video taping that first part for us.)

P.S. Sorry about the rawness of that footage, but I don't know how to use the video editing software yet. So, until we get caught up on our posts, they are all gonna be unedited.
